WHERE ARE YOU BASED?

I'm a designer based in  Sydney.  The studio where I throw every pot is located in Marackville in maker space (add link), which makes it a very nice place to work. I ship every order from Balmain 2041.

WHEN WILL YOU UPDATE YOUR SHOP?

I'll try to post new work to the store once every 2 months. If you want to know when the next update will happen, you can join my mailing list or follow me on Instagram. 

If you like any of the sold items, get in contact with me and I'll do my best to make something similar for you. 

DO YOU DO CUSTOM ORDERS?

I'm currently available for custom orders or collaborations, so drop me a line in case you have some special request to make, e.g: a cup, a complete dinner set, unique wedding favours, a collection of mugs, planters, pots, pots and of course more pots. Drop me a line with your request.

DO YOU ACCEPT DEBIT CARD?

All payments are made via Stripe.  I accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

I carefully pack each order and ship them once a week every Monday.  Your order should arrive between 3-5 working days within the Australia and 7-14 working days to the rest of the world. 

CAN I CHOOSE A CHEAPER SHIPPING METHOD?

I can ship your order in a cheaper service upon request, but I can't guarantee it will arrive safe and sound. Get in contact with me.

I LIVE IN SYDNEY, CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER AT YOUR STUDIO?

Yes you can! Just drop me an email with your request so we can set up collection time and date. Use code 'PICKMEUP' at checkout.

ARE YOUR GLAZES FOOD SAFE?

Yes they are!

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

I accept returns. In case you need a return please contact me within 3 days of delivery. I will refund the item cost but no shipping or return postage.
